Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering 

Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering is an academic journal (monthly), mainly managed by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), sponsored by Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, CAS and is published by Science Press. The journal was found in 1980 with the name of Comments on Environmental Studies in China. It was renamed as Advances in Environmental Science and Techniques and Equipment for Environmental Pollution Control in 1993 and 2000, respectively. It has been renamed as Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering since 2007. 

Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering is a national key journal and one of authoritative journals in the field of environmental engineering in China. It has a considerable significance in the circles of environmental science and technology in the country. The journal has been included in some important search systems at home and broad, such as “CA” “Scopus of Elsevier” “Abstracts of Environmental Sciences” “Chinese Database of Scientific Quotations” “Chinese Database of Comprehensive Assessment of Academic Journals” “Chinese Network of Journals”, and “Chinese Academic Journals (disc version )”. 

The aim of Chinese Journal of Environmental Engineering is to promote the high level academic exchanges in environmental engineering field at home and abroad. 

The main columns of the journal include: reviews, water pollution control and prevention, air pollution control and prevention,solid waste treatment and disposal, soil pollution control and prevention,ecological remediation engineering,environmental biotechnology, engineering example, environmental monitoring and assessment, et al.
