The cooperative control of the conventional and biological pollution in the organic solid wastes and river was the research focus. In recent years, a series of achievements have been made in the field, and more than 60 SCI papers have been published in the high-impact journals including Water Research, Environment International, and Journal of Hazardous Materials. The“Dean Scholarship” from Chinese Academy of Sciences and “National Scholarship for Ph.D student” from Ministry of Education of China were also awarded.
