Systematic research is conducted enclosing the synthesis, development and applied technology of oligosaccharide to find and confirm that oligosaccharide releases the small organic molecules with disinfection function to obtain the disinfection activity by regulating the multiple enzyme system. The farm test is carried out for oligosaccharide pesticide to control anthracnose, and the results show that there is 12.2% infected by mould in the fresh water group, and 2.57% infected by mould in the thiophanate-methyl group, with a prevention and control rate of 78.9%; For the synthesized oligosaccharide group, the mould-infected rates are 4.24%, 3.33%, 2.99% at the concentration of 1, 3, 5 mg/L, and the prevention and control rates are 65.3%, 72.7%, 75.5%, respectively. It is proved that the prepared oligosaccharide is a sort of untra-efficient pesticide used to control orange mould, whose dosage (5mg/L group) is only 1/300 of chemical pesticides.

A molecule with new structure is designed and synthesized successfully, and the experiment shows that this molecule has a neural toxic effect on some pests, including Diamondback Moth and etc. The result of bioassay from Vegetable Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and National Center for Disease Prevention and Control shows that the pest-killing efficiency of newly-synthesized compound is 50% higher than that of Avermectins, and the toxicity of the former is lower as 5 times than that of the latter, and within six hours after application, pests lose their activity, which can efficiently protect the integrity of vegetables and have a wide application prospect.

New methods and strategies for the synthesis of oligosaccharide are practised and discussed, the simple synthetic method for 3,6-branched oligosaccharide is invented. Un- or less-protected glycosyl donors or acceptors are used to synthesize bioactive oligosaccharides. “Synthesis in one container” accords with the theory of green synthesis and etc., and there is great deal of work for the efficient preparation of active plant components. Recently, there are more than 70 patents declared and over 130 papers published in this field.
