From October 28^th to 30^th, 2008, a 6-member delegation from different group of EAWAG, the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology, have paid a visit to RCEES, and attended the 1st RCEES-EAWAG Workshop on Water Science & Technology held at RCEES. The delegation and researchers of State Key Laboratory of Environmental Aquatic Chemistry of RCEES exchanged ideas on some research topics. Both sides agreed to strengthen scientific cooperation on co-applying projects and jointly educating graduates, and pay especially attention in the filed of investigation of arsenic pollution in the underground water, management of Haihe river basin, reuse of wastewater, analysis of emerging new pollutants.
