Song Shuai, born in Qingdao, China. He received his Ph.D. in ecology from the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, he is an associate professor at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His main research interests include the development of pollutant transport models, regional ecological risk simulation and management. He has published over 30 papers in peer reviewed journals, such as Environmental international, Environmental Pollution, etc.
