Mainly engaged in environmental Analytical chemistry and ecotoxicology research. Research areas include: Characterization of the behavior and mechanism of chiral pesticides in environmental organisms; Risk Assessment of Environmental Chemicals; Screening of Model organism in China's indigenous environment and research on toxicity assessment methods. Prof. Wang has undertaken a number of projects, including the g National Natural Science Foundation of China, the "863" project, the important directional project of the Knowledge Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the national pesticide residue limit standard and the project entrusted by enterprises. Prof. Wang’s work resulted in over 50 publications in domestic and foreign journals, including more than 30 papers indexed by SCI. Also, she led the development of 47 national standards, 5 industry standards, 4 policy consulting reports, and participated in the application of 7 invention patents.
